POD is perfect for education and public outreach. POD's
portability, combined with low price and availability make it a
budgetary choice that hasn't existed in the past for many
organizations and schools.
We've received a lot of interest from educators who are excited at the prospect of POD. The Harvard-Smithsonian Science Wing is about to put a POD on their roof as part of their a public outreach program. Other schools are receiving their first PODs in the next few weeks. POD can benefit all of the organizations shown below in fulfilling some part of their mission statements. We've talked to some, and we want to talk to others, about their programs and where POD and S.O.N. can be a benefit.
