Trouble getting your credit card to go through?

Your card may be declined due to the security settings of your credit card provider. Even if you have a high limit, you may need to call them to let them know you're making the purchase, and the approx. amount.

In addition, the PayPal security system queeries your account for previous purchase amounts in the last couple of months. If you haven't made any purchases as large as your POD purchase, PayPal security may decline authorization. We know that not many people make regular purchases as large as a POD order and are working with PayPal security to take these limits off their system in our case.

90% of declined CC orders are due to the above situations.

First, call your CC provider using the number on the back of your card, and ask them if they have declined the payment due to the amount. If so let them know it's ok to accept it.

Go back to our Checkout Site Here , and click on "My Account" at the top.

Enter your email address and password you entered when you first placed your order.
This will bring up your account and your order.

Scroll down the page and you'll see "Pay with PayPal". Click that button. This will allow you to attempt the transaction again. You go can go back again and again if you need to until the transaction passes. It may be that you call your CC provider between attempts.

You will know when your attempt works as you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal, along with the earlier order confirmation from us.

You can also call PayPal at 402-935-2050, say "More Options", and an agent will come on. Explain the situation and they will be able to take you right through each step and tell you exactly where your CC was declined. This may help with more info for the CC provider if they don not have this info.

Alternative Pay By Visa Check Method If you are a Visa card holder and are having any trouble with PayPal, you can choose "Pay by Check" at checkout, and mail us a Visa Cheque. Most people receive extra Visa checks with their monthly statements. Your POD order will be confirmed at the factory when we receive the check in the mail. Mailing instructions are included when you choose Pay by Check.
